Concentralia is a registered trademark of Sallo Kyra, S.L., and through this website www.concentralia.com makes deliveries through online sales only in Spain within the peninsular territory, without shipping costs in any case.
The products will be sold at the indicated price, the one collected at the time of order confirmation by the customer being valid. Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the prices of all products, but no other tax, fee, duty or surcharge.

3.1. Delivery and transport costs

3.2. Methods of payment and execution of the order
VISA credit card or MASTERCARD

This form of payment is valid only on the web.
When the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using a payment card number, its holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and repayment entries in the accounts of the provider and the owner will be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the return requirement was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, would have unduly required the cancellation of the corresponding charge, it will remain obligated before SALLO KYRA, S.L. to compensation for damages caused as a result of said cancellation.
3.3. Order delivery
SALLO KYRA, S.L. undertakes to deliver the order within a maximum of 72 hours, from the day following the order, excluding holidays.
Deliveries are usually made within 48 hours by the transport company MRW / CORREOS EXPRESS / GSL or similar.
The availability of the products offered by SALLO KYRA, S.L. may vary depending on customer demand. Despite the fact that SALLO KYRA, S.L. updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the client could be out of stock at that moment. In case of non-execution due to unavailability, SALLO KYRA, S.L. At the moment it becomes aware of this situation, it will notify the client, by means of an email. The period of this communication will not exceed in any case the maximum period of 10 days. SALLO KYRA, S.L. may give the double option of: supplying the customer with a product with similar characteristics or of superior quality without price increase, or except for justified and demonstrable reasons by SALLO KYRA, S.L. within this same period, pay the sums paid for the canceled order.
