Returns and Refunds Policy

There are two reasons why the customer can return the product and claim a refund of the amount paid: due to a defect in the product or due to withdrawal from the purchase.

Return of a defective product

Before making a return for a defective product, we ask the customer to contact us if they have any questions about how to use the device, refilling the water tank, dosage, applications, etc., which is hindering the proper functioning of the device.   • The return period for a defective product will be 30 calendar days.
  • The customer may choose between replacing the product with a new one or a refund of the amount paid.
  • The costs of collecting the defective product will be borne by Salló Kyra, SL

This return due to defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.

Refund of payment

Refund of amounts received by the customer will be made using the same payment methods used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. SALLÓ KYRA, SL may withhold the refund until it has received the product, or until the customer provides proof of return of the same, depending on which condition is met first.

The estimated refund period for orders is between 5 and 7 days.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer will have a minimum period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw from the purchase, starting from the day the customer receives the product, without penalty and without stating the reasons.

According to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.
